Gearbox & Transmission Refurbishment
To complement our core services, Mechanica Utilities Ltd offer the complete service package for all your gearbox and transmission requirements. Workshop refurbishment covers the following types of gearboxes;

Once in our workshop the gearboxes are dismantled, cleaned and inspected, with a detailed photographic report issued which explains the condition found and work required.
Should new gears be required Mechanica Utilities Ltd can manufacture/re-engineer new components to the OEM design and specification.
As part of our complete service package, we can undertake oil analysis, vibration analysis and thermographic surveys to produce detailed condition reports.
From a replacement/supply perspective, we can procure all types of gearboxes through our partnership agreements with the leading gearbox manufacturer.
